The issue that the wire feeder manufacturer is going to talk about today is: grooves are ground inside the yellow hose of the welding gun wire feeding bullet.

Cause: The welding gun wire feeding spring hose has been used for too long, and when the welding wire passes through the wire feeding hose, grooves are ground inside the hose.

Causing phenomenon: When welding, the welding wire enters the groove ground out of the wire feeding spring hose. When the bending degree of the welding gun changes, it will cause the groove to be clamped, hindering the normal operation of wire feeding.

Attention: When the wire feeding spring hose is used for a long time, the wire is not smooth, the wire feeding hose after the welding gun handle shakes, or there is wire blockage due to changes in the welding gun angle, the wire feeding spring hose should be replaced in a timely manner. Try to maintain a large bending angle of the welding gun and reduce the friction of the welding wire in the wire feeding hose. If the wire feeding spring hose is too short inside the welding gun, it will cause the welding wire to bend inside the welding gun, resulting in poor wire feeding. When the wire feeding spring hose is too long inside the welding gun, it forms a bend, which increases the frictional resistance of the wire feeding and causes wire feeding instability.
