During welding, the wire feeder often experiences unsmooth and uneven wire discharge, which can cause difficulties in welding and directly affect welding quality. The weld seam that should be welded at once should often be divided into several sections before welding can be completed. So what are the problems we often encounter in our daily welding? The following experience is for reference only.
The problem that the wire feeder manufacturer is going to talk about today is that the conductive nozzle was not cleaned in a timely manner.
Cause: When the welding specifications are not adjusted properly or the welding gun is too close to the molten pool, the welding spatter adheres to the conductive nozzle, and the longer the time, the more the adhesion.
Causing phenomenon: The more splashing the conductive nozzle of the welding gun, the easier it is to block the wire outlet hole of the conductive nozzle, thereby increasing the resistance of wire feeding, causing the welding wire to be blocked or blocked.
Attention: When welding, adjust the angle of the welding gun and the stretching length of the welding wire according to the requirements to reduce the occurrence of spatter. Regularly use pointed pliers to clean the spatter on the conductive nozzle. After cleaning, extend the welding wire out of the conductive nozzle by 10-15cm. Use pointed pliers to bend the welding wire from the root of the conductive nozzle and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise for 3 to 5 circles before quickly releasing it. Use the force of the welding wire rotation to smooth the wire feeding hole of the conductive nozzle.
